When Can We Get Back to Church?

It's a question on everyone's mind, not least your pastor's. Here are guidelines for how to conduct ourselves when we do. And here are guidelines for how to move forward, phasing into what will become our new normal.

Meanwhile, as you likely know, the governor, Charlie Baker, is scheduled to make new recommendations and mandates on Monday, which will inform our own decisions around the question.

As for the guidelines above, they've been prepared by our conference, so aren't for us as a particular congregation. Things we've got going for us that not all congregations do are our relative small number of worship participants and the option available to us for gathering outside.

Pastor and parish council are weighing all of these things and will have a plan. Meanwhile, it's Zoom. Anyone else out there of a certain age with this theme song in mind all the time?
